Hello. You are looking at the most exciting Folk-Rock band currently working in the East Midlands. From our first gig in late 2010 we have been entertaining audiences in pubs and parties with a lively mixture of Celtic music. We do both songs and tunes: three members of the band are experienced singers, so we all take the lead, while the other two add on the harmonies.
The tunes; jigs, reels or marches, are performed on the electric mandolin, tenor banjo or the Highland Bagpipes. We are probably unique in the Midlands in providing an element of `Bag-Rock` to our sound, and we also offer our "Pipes 'n Drums" marching feature for weddings or other ceremonies. If you want a Ceilidh, A Barndance, Celtic Wedding, or you just fancy a good old-fashioned Pub sing-along, we don't think you'll find a more interesting, entertaining and fun combination than JigeryFolkery.
